If at any point you do not concur with these Terms, you are instructed to cease all use of the Site and Services forthwith.

2. Use of Third-Party Software and Services

In delivering our services to you, MonsterMailer integrates with various third-party software and services, including the Gmail API. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that MonsterMailer may access, make available, and store any content that you provide or is provided on your behalf through such third-party software and services in accordance with the policies and terms of those services.

The use of the Gmail API within MonsterMailer is subject to the Terms of Service of the Gmail API. We encourage you to review these terms to fully understand your rights and obligations with respect to the use of the Gmail API as part of our services.

It is your responsibility to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party services, including the Gmail API, and to obtain any necessary consents required for using those services. MonsterMailer is not responsible for any violation of third-party service terms by our users. Furthermore, MonsterMailer does not endorse and is not liable for the products, services, or content available through third-party services.

3. Amendment of Terms

MonsterMailer reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. In the event of such changes, we will provide notice to our users by posting an announcement in the exclusive MonsterMailer users' group chat on WhatsApp. We encourage you to join and monitor this group to stay informed of any updates to our Terms. Your continued use of or access to the website and our services following the notification of these changes in the WhatsApp group chat constitutes your acknowledgment and binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

4. Account Security

As a registrant and user of MonsterMailer services, you bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account by safeguarding your login information securely. It is your obligation to ensure that your username and password are not disclosed to any third party.

In the interest of protecting your account and maintaining security, you must refrain from sharing your account credentials with any individual. The only exception pertains to sharing your User ID (uID) exclusively with MonsterMailer's Support Team, solely for the purpose of receiving assistance and support with your account-related inquiries or issues. The uID shall be used to uniquely identify your account within our systems.

We recommend that you log out of your MonsterMailer account at the conclusion of each session to further enhance the security of your account. Failure to comply with these security measures absolves MonsterMailer of any liability in the event that your account is compromised. We urge you to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, so we can change your login details.

5. Downtimes

At MonsterMailer, we strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service to our users. However, we acknowledge that on rare occasions, our servers may become temporarily unavailable. These downtimes may be due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen technical failures, maintenance requirements, or external network issues.

While we cannot guarantee 100% server availability, we want to assure our users that we implement robust server management practices and work proactively to minimize any service interruptions. Our technical team monitors our systems continuously and is trained to respond promptly to any issues that may arise, aiming to restore service as quickly as possible.
